The Eternal Stormblade can be found in a cave on the Nameless Isle. It is protected by two Eternal Sentinels and two Eternal Protectors, who come to live once you have pulled out the sword. "Uh-oh" is quite the appropiate statement for this. :) They hit pretty hard, but you shouldn't leave out the fight, because they give a nice amount of XP. The Eternal Stormblade on the other hand is a niche weapon that is only useful for some very specific mage builds.
